The Greenhouse

A greenhouse exists to cultivate plants to maturity. Everything in a greenhouse is designed with this goal in mind. From the materials used to build it, to the irrigation system, to the heating and cooling systems, everything in a greenhouse is there to help the plants grow; so that when they leave they will thrive. Similarly, we want our Student Ministries to be an environment that cultivates students to spiritual maturity. Everything in our ministry from the curriculum, to the activities, to the trips we take, is all designed with this goal in mind; so that when students leave, they will thrive.

 

 “But the righteous flourish like the palm tree and grow like a cedar in Lebanon. They are planted in the house of the LORD; they flourish in the courts of our God. They still bear fruit in old age; they are ever full of sap and green.” Psalm 92:12–14
